Specific details for applicants of France VAC

Dear Applicants!

Please note that the Biometric data is collected during your application submission at the premise where you will submit your Visa application (France Visa Application Centre or the Embassy of in Ukraine).

Please note that both Short Term and Long Term Visa Applicants have to submit their biometric data.

Please note that applicants of all nationalities have to submit their biometric data. This rule concerns non-Ukrainian nationals with valid residence permit on the territory of Ukraine.

Please note that applicants below 12 years old don’t have to come personally to France Visa Application Centre but two photos have to be submitted along with the set of documents (as per the regular requirements).

Groups cases

Please note that effective 23 June 2015 due to the Biometric roll-out new procedure has been implemented for application submission of groups.

The representative of group should be present at the VAC in the morning with all sets of documents and all members of the group. After the applications submission the representative is directed to the cashier desk and after the payments are done, new token is given to the group. Each member of this group is invited into Biometric booth to provide biometric data. After all members of the group submit their biometric data the group with the representative can leave the VAC. Children of 12 years and above should come personally to submit their biometric data.

Travel agencies cases

Please note that effective 23 June 2015 due to the Biometric roll-out new procedure has been implemented for application submission of accredited travel agencies.

The representative of the travel agency should be present at the VAC in the morning with all sets of documents and all tourists. After the applications submission the representative is directed to the cashier desk and after the payments are done, new token is given to the representative of the travel agency. Each tourist is invited into Biometric booth to provide biometric data. After all applicants submit their biometric data the representative of the travel agency with tourists can leave the VAC. Children of 12 years and above should come personally to submit their biometric data.

The representative of the business company should be present at the VAC in the morning with all sets of documents and all applicants. After the applications submission the representative is directed to the cashier desk and after the payments are done, new token is given to the representative of the travel accredited company. Each applicant is invited into Biometric booth to provide biometric data. After all applicants submit their biometric data the representative of the accredited company with applicants can leave the VAC. Children of 12 years and above should come personally to submit their biometric data.

PROCESS


Step 1

Step 2
Book an appointment to visit Visa Application Centre: To visit Visa Application Centre you need to Schedule Appointment. You can book an appointment online or by calling the Call Centre. Details provided on this website to schedule an appointment.

Step 3
Submit your application: Visit Visa Application Centre as per appointment scheduled and submit your completed Visa Application Forms along with required supporting documents.

Step 4
Pay applicable Fee: Submission Officer will advise you on total payable amount and guide you to the bank cashier where you need to pay in local currency (Hryvnia). Receipt will be provided for all payments made at the Centre.
